If things are not going well, you need to stop and make an assessment. Stopping is very hard in our society! Making an assessment is not easy if you don’t have the tools. Ask for help – it’s the smart thing to do.
Looking at the full circle will give you the best information. If you are meditating but still eating the white stuff (sugar, white bread, pasta, white rice), then you are stressing your system on a physical level. If you are eating a healthy diet but not moving your body, you won’t get a lot of the bennies the food wants to give you. If there are people you still cannot forgive – you get the picture.
